All Blenderfordental modules on Blender 2.93 LTS have been revisited to improve overall performance with some modules receiving new features. For example:
The Model Designer has a new one push button operation to speed up the installation process. This will install all required add-ons in one go.
A new masking tool has been included for speedy mesh editing and for tooth removal, and model bases can now be deleted after construction. Just in case you change your mind.
An impressive 'One Click Hollow' button will hollow all your dental models in one go.
You can now import your own hollowing affects so you get to customise your dental models. Model bases can be perforated for printing (to reduce suction) with a single click.
Designing automatic stepped dies gives you a new option to cone shaped dies, although these can be edited as you wish. Ditching of dies and deleting of teeth has also been improved.
The Tray Designer has seen several changes too. The tray material is instantly cut to the border and the 'Painted Holes' can now be easily adjusted in size and location.
The WaxUp module has seen some improvements with the making of thimbles. An offset for cement has been included when making thimbles which is ideal for crown & bridgework.

Once you've got the latest version of Blender, the new Blenderfordental module installers are ready for use. Please remember that the new Blender version is essentially a new piece of software, so therefore requires a brand new installation for all your modules. To save space on your computer, we recommend you delete the older version.
