Blender for Dental (B4D) is on a mission to make digital dentistry more accessible, innovative, and cost-effective for dental professionals around the world. As a B4D instructor, you’ll play a pivotal role in sharing expertise, shaping the program’s future, and empowering students to excel in modern dental workflows.

Please note! In order to teach B4D and to hold courses you must become accredited first.

Note: Our accreditation offerings may expand as we develop new modules and workflows.

Instructors who wish to teach multiple specialties can pursue Advanced or Full Master accreditation levels, unlocking more comprehensive teaching opportunities.

Instructor License Levels

Below, you’ll find an overview of our three distinct accreditation levels. Each level is tied to the number of specialty categories in which an instructor is accredited. To visually differentiate them, each level also features its own logo color.

B4D Certified Instructor

Accredited in at least one specialty category 

B4D Advanced Instructor

Accredited in multiple specialty categories

B4D Full Master Instructor

Accredited in all available B4D modules.

Instructor can enhance his recognition within the Blender For Dental community with our esteemed Pro Badge—an exclusive mark of excellence granted only by the B4D Founders.

  1. Discretionary Award:

    • No Application Required: The Pro Badge is not something applicant can apply for—it’s conferred directly by the Founders to instructors who consistently excel in their teaching and community engagement.
       

  2. Criteria for Selection:

    • High-Quality Instruction: Demonstrated ability to teach clearly, thoroughly, and effectively, going beyond standard module requirements.

    • Advanced Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of B4D modules and broader Blender Foundation features. Pro Badge instructors seamlessly integrate advanced tools without sacrificing clarity.

    • Professionalism & Activity: Active presence in courses, on social media, and within the B4D community, regularly sharing tips, supporting peers, and innovating in teaching methods.

    • Outstanding Contribution: Embodies the spirit of Blender For Dental, championing growth and innovation across the platform.
       

  3. Compatibility with All Levels:

    • The Pro Badge can be awarded to Certified, Advanced, or Full Master instructors, highlighting exceptional performance at any level.

Renewal & Expiration

To keep our instructors current with ongoing Blender For Dental (B4D) advancements, we’ve introduced a B4D Star feature linked to license renewals. Every two years, instructors will have the chance to renew their accreditation and earn the B4D Star. Think of it like receiving a shiny new “cursor badge” (if you’re familiar with Blender’s pointer icon), symbolizing your ongoing commitment to staying at the forefront of digital dentistry.

Look at the sample logo which shows two B4D Stars—this might be your badge after two renewal cycles!

  1. Earning the B4D Star

    1. Upon successful renewal, you’ll receive your instructor logo with the B4D Star icon on it.

    2. Each subsequent renewal adds an additional B4D Star within that logo, signifying how many renewal cycles you’ve completed.

  2. Why Renewal?

    1. Digital dentistry evolves rapidly, and ongoing innovation within B4D ensures the best possible learning outcomes for your students.

    2. By renewing your license, you confirm your continued dedication to quality instruction and up-to-date teaching methods.

Note: If no renewal steps are taken or no response is received, your instructor status will be marked as “inactive” or “expired” until you reach out to re-initiate your accreditation process.

As a B4D Instructor, you can also benefit from our Referral Code program. Each instructor receives a unique referral code to share with students and colleagues:

Accreditation Fees

Becoming a Blenderfordental (B4D) Accredited Instructor is a professional milestone. Our transparent and fair pricing structure supports your growth as an instructor while maintaining the quality and reputation of the B4D community.

Accreditation Fee $200 per Specialty Category

After submitting your application and receiving approval, payment details will be shared.
